I was entering Wisconsin going northbound on i94 from illinois and surprisingly scale was open ( i drive there pretty often and its closed most of the time , this time i was in my pick up ) , saw the cop chasing box truck that was blowing scale

 

...i believe if you get caught its " disobeying traffic signal "

 

That seems like the safe thing to do for everybody in the area.
