Get one of these from Otr performance, clears codes from obnoxious def junk.
Unless there really is a problem it won’t reappear most of the time.

 

I drive a T680 with 550,000 miles on it. That orange MIL light comes on and off at random times. Never throws a code. I really quit worrying about it a year ago. I am a Company driver and report it when it happens. The Maintenance Dept can look at the telemetry via email. If there is a problem they get alerted where ever I am. They have over 500 T680,s in the fleet ranging from 2018-2022. Never a concern over the MIL at random times.

 

Oh.....I didn't catch that part. I thought you just meant the innocuous orange one.

 

Judge gave you the answer. Outlet NOx sensor failed to activate.
Probably needs a new sensor.

 

I ordered mine from amazon,
Had a check engine light come on earlier with no codes, cleared it in less than a minute after hookup.
Specify whatever year model range.
