I feel like there is a way to bypass this sensor. I can only see one electrical plug going to the sensor. I bet there is a way to jump or add a resistor in between the 4 wire plug to trick the computer showing that the tank is full.
Anyone know what each pin does or the voltage that the plug is suppose to read?
Usually these type of fluid sensors uses a voltage to detect the different heights of fluid in a tank. If the input voltage can be figured out for the full side, a simple solution can be made for this temporarily.
Whats the solution for the dreaded QLS sensor defect?

At this piont I think a class action lawysuit needs to be started. -

Didn't the government just pass some sort of temporary suspension to part of the emissions regulations pertaining to this kind of a problem? I know a lot of KW's are also having DEF sensor issues, and I thought I read the dealerships were being given authorization to temporarily bypass the sensor with an ecm update...if KW was given permission, perhaps other manufacturers have been authorized as well.
And what good would a class action lawsuit do? It's not like they're sitting on an inventory of parts and not selling them. The parts simply aren't available, I mean, they can't #### the parts. The replacement parts are probably on a container ship 95th in line to be unloaded...so pardon the pun, but, the dealers are in the same boat the truck owners are. Without the parts, they can't fix the trucks and get paid so the drivers can't get back to work so they can get paid. -
Yes, there are emergency recalibrations available for Cummins engines I believe only back to 2018 emissions models, and current Navistar A26 engines that I know of. Not sure of the other manufacturers.

I used Tunemytrucks.com. They do
all tuning done remotely.
