Some of the better damage pics that I've taken over the past couple months.

We're not far behind. Some of these dockworkers could break a bowling ball with a Q-tip.

In my 3rd pic. With the do not stack sticker, the plate steel on top was 8ft long and right around 1/2 inch thick. It was sitting on top of wicker furniture.

I hope someone got canned for that, or at the very least got suspended for 3 days. That takes a special kind of stupid.

The vast majority of all the freight destruction I see is the results of stacking.

With us, it's usually non-securement. But I agree, with stacking, you gotta use some common sense.

Deck bars would make a forklift driver get out his seat and that is just unacceptable!

FedEx freight is expanding in my area debating on applying.

I got 4 years at aaa cooper, and enjoy my route all rural driving but time and a half sounds nice so if they run me like a dog I’m at least paid like a fat cat.

I make 29.55hr; what would you guys do? Wouldn’t change any commute time for me as almost all the LTL carriers are neighbors in my town.

I made 80k as PD last year. I also have 4 years of running the same route so it’s nice driving to 99% of people and knowing where to go and who to talk too to be unloaded.

Thinking I may apply already have a job so won’t be butthurt if don’t even get a call

Been at FXF for 13 years now, and I'm still happy. That said, if your current gig is satisfying, I'd stay with it.

They’re expanding in what way? If it’s just a hiring spree at an existing location or adding doors to the building, it’s probably not worth it. If it’s a brand new facility in an area that was previously served by a terminal in another town, that might be worth considering.

Either way it can’t hurt to apply and see what they’re offering.

They’re adding more routes from what I was told by some drivers. The only thing that scares me is when covid first happened they furloughed like 10 guys.

coopers just annoying me giving me more work than I want. For example, today because I didn’t run the max amount of hours they’re making me do Linehaul tomorrow to Irvine florida(Gainesville….). There goes 10-12 hours easily. Maybe I’m just a lazy arse; my mortgage is $995 I don’t need these type of hours…

I’m not even bottom of the totem poll I’m just one of the few with hours
