When the paint started to be less effective, it was decided to try an alternate method. All I will say is that it involved oak and botts dots glue.

Y’all ain’t gonna believe this! Whoever had the trailer I just picked up, before me, dropped it with a busted airbag. No big deal I’ll just ease over to the TA and get it fixed. Walk in the shop. “We’re short handed. Can’t touch it until 7am.” No problem I say. Got a decent spot next to the shop. Walk over to Ruby Tuesday’s. “Sorry we’re closing early we can’t get any help.” Ok no problem I’ll head over to Quaker Steak and Lube. Empty tables all over. “Sorry it’s going to be a while we can’t get any help.” So walk to Perkins’. “You got here just in time. We’re closing an hour early. Can’t get any help.” I guess it beats a stick in the eye!! Oh and check out that green bean portion. And I have not touched them yet....

 

I keep trying to figure out where all these people are living and getting by when nobody can get help. Somethings not adding up. We hired @25 a month ago and I am being told 12 at least have already quit. These are low 20’s to start with good benefits that are cheap and start on day one. 3 weeks vacation, a week of sick days, and 11 paid holidays.

 

What part of the country you in? I have a working theory about where the epicenters are?

 

I will say I’ve noticed that most of the folks waitressing and working food service are older folks. I guess all the youngsters living at home with their parents are probably doing pretty well off “extended benefits”. The rest I can’t figure.
