If air bags are over inflated, it’ll cause it too. If so maybe bad leveling valve, or somehow a bracket for the rod got bent. Causing the adjustment to be off. Happened to Me, when shocks were bad, from big pothole, bouncing.

The TA or Petro believe it or not is a good place to have them plug it in, diagnose it. I’m having trouble figuring a problem out on mine. Might have to just bite the Bullet and pay them. Hate to do it.

It's bent because the suspension was allowed to settle without the Sure-Lok engaged. Or it bottomed out while rolling.

Earlier versions of that system were notorious for destroying and flat spotting trailer tires. Somewhere on here, I have a whole write up about it.

Specifically, the lever on the leveling valve is not long enough to account for full travel of the suspension. When the suspension bottoms out, the lever on the leveling valve will be in the 12 o'clock postion and the rod bends because it's reached the end of the travel before the suspension hits bottom.
