If he gets a cdl through the WIOA Program, Western Express will probably hire him.
Also, plenty of companies on Facebook and Craigslist hire drivers in his situation, if he has a cdl.

 

I heard shaving your whole body is considered a fail.

If their head hair is longer than 1.5 inches they "should" pass if they truly haven't touched anything in 6 months.
