OTR Team looking for better pay/contract buyout

Hi everyone, newer driver here (only been driving since July 2021) same with my co driver

My co driver and I are both looking for a trucking company with better pay, where we're at currently isn't cutting it at all.

Company necessarily doesn't have to hit every one of the categories but this would be our ideal fit

We're looking for a company that is automatics only, preferably newer trucks (2018 or newer) ( preferably power, deer guard, fridge) and governed no less than 70mph(higher the better). As well as willing to reimburse endorsements, tolls or spare parts purchased for truck (fuses, seals etc.) Bc my co driver was an auto mechanic and is familiar with doing some repairs

No uniforms whatsoever

Were hitting around 5500 to 6000 miles a week average and even had a high of 8000miles. We do a lot of driving out west (pretty much every western state) only area we don't drive is northeast/New England area US

If we can get the contract buyout from our CDL tuition, we can put the miles in and work well together, make good time and are familiar with FedEx and XPO loads and we plan to get hazmat, tanker and doubles endorsements eventually

We both want across the country OTR driving (a lot of our current loads are 1500+ miles)


Looking to get .70cpm to .75cpm or more with benefits and flexible home time etc.

We only have hauled dry van, no experience with other trailers
