Do you do anything interesting or exciting....like renting a car and going to see the sights?? What have you done??

Once we were in LA for the weekend...called Enterprise (they pick you up) and rented a car and went up the CA coast...it was alot of fun.

Another time we were in Portland OR at the Jubitz and got on a bus...the bus stop is right by the truckstop and got off at the light rail and took the light rail all over Portland...that was fun too...

Another time we were in Orlando FL and got a room called a friend who lived nearby and went out to eat and played mini golf and went to the Ripleys museum...

another time we stopped in Talladega and watched the dirt races...that was fun...

watch/download pr0n, play computer games on my toshiba qosmio x305 (mostly first-person shooters, mmorpg's, action-adventure, and single player rpg's), read a book, talk on the celly with one of my gal-pals, and sleep. another time during the 4th of july weekend before the last one, i had been in portland for an entire week due to requesting the time off. i took my bicycle to the world famous burnside skatepark and had myself an awesome time, and then made some friends who were of legal drinking age, and then headed on over to bar of the gods. that bar lives up to its name. that's for sure! there were other things i did during the week. i capped it off with ~$400 worth of fireworks that were set from a boat on the columbia river.

If the weather is nice where I`m stopped for any length of time (reset or waiting on getting a load) I will spend my time out side polishing my rims and tanks. Makes the day go faster,I`m busy and the truck looks #### good when I`m done. Don`t like to hang out in the truckstop shooting the breeze or sitting in my truck being bored, so I do something constructive with my time and the results are beneficial to My Pride in MY RIDE!

I very rarely have time off to do anything other than sleep, I don't hang around in truckstops unless I am sleeping, I rarely run more than 4 or 5 days at a time and am home every weekend, but years ago I would take longer runs if I wanted to,

I and another driver took loads Las Vegas to a show which lasted a week, stayed in a hotel, rented a car and went to the grand canyon, gambled and got drunk

I used to do a lot of runs to Calgary where we usually had to wait days for them to find us loads home, I and another driver I know went to the Calgary Stampede and got drunk

I used to go to Vancouver BC a lot, so used to take the skytrain downtown and visit my friend, see the sights, go to the beach and most of the time get drunk

Sleep is first on the list, fire up the laptop, make fun of the steering wheel holders, read, or listen to the XM radio..

For the most part I'm running or sleeping..

When the weather's nice I polish on my truck, Sometimes I drop my trailer and go see the local attractions.

If the weather's not good sometimes I drop the trailer anyway and go snoop around or I play around on the computer or clean on the inside of the truck or watch TV or a movie or read or...Whatever.

    There's always something to do!

Catch Poppa Smurfs Limo to old Mexico, and help the locals dig new water wells.
