Was offered a regional position through them, but wanted to get some more first hand opinions if anyone knew anything. Currently working for a different reefer company that has a lot of down time for loading/unloading

I have been here for about 4 1/2 years. It's not bad. No trucking company is perfect. I like the pay but the benefits are a bit pricey.
We do a lot of drop and hook but there will be wait time with any reefer work.

Most of the drivers here have between 18 and 40 years of experience. There are some rookies too as they started a training program now, and will take people with only 1-3 years experience (on a case-by-case basis).

    Hope this helps.

Apparently the owner saw my FB message when they first announced that and said my experience(1 year reefer through Prime) was what they were looking for, but I'm not too sure about the hometime. I got offered a regional position, out 6 or 7 days, home for a 34, then back out again.

Yeah that's how the Regional works. OTR is better miles but you will stay out 2 weeks at a time. I made 84k my last year OTR here and that was before the huge pay increase but I stayed out for weeks at a time.

It's all about what you are looking for. This may not be the company for you

Yeah I talked to Delia again today and I just decided that based on my home needs and the fact that I live too far from northern Arkansas to do their local stuff that I wasn't going to take the job offer. Seems like a nice, small company to work for compared to the mega I'm running for now, but I just needed better hometime/miles than what I was being informed of. Thank you for giving me a driver insight into the company

Where do you live? Perhaps someone will come along that can help.
