Yes - he was chilling out in the truck. Russ is very respectful of another mans' casa, I have 2 cats, I think he left Doc in the truck so he wouldn't bother them.

    Great interview.

Funny the mention about Seymour MO having the great washout place. That's only the second time I've heard that place mentioned on purpose. The other time it was the hometown of my good friend and driver that passed away 10 years ago. Doesn't seem that long ago. Sorry for your loss @wore out.

The OK cop story beats the literal crap out of a similar one I tell now and then involving a rookie GA state patrol officer nearly falling behind my bobtail and grabbing two handfulls of greasy frame while me and his boss met eyes trying not to bust out laughing while acting concerned. I'm gonna laugh out loud every time I think about that heifer painting him through the slots on the trailer. Even a dumb freight hauler like me knows better than to walk near a loaded cattle trailer,, no matter how much my dog pulls upon hearing the hooves clattering inside.

I replayed the grease gun part 3 times and Lucy the dog sticks to her story she can't hold a grease gun with no thumbs. I say she can crawl between the drives better than me and think she's just lazy.

Finally got some time to watch it. Great stuff, Russ is the real deal for sure.

@wore out we're sorry for your loss. Thanks for taking the time to do this, was neat learning some about hauling cows and that story about the cop... I laughed so hard it hurt.
