I try not to criticize anyone for decisions they make. After some of the ones ive made.

 

Yes, prices are coming down here too. The problem is availability. My buddy on Friday had to visit 3 different stores in 3 different neighboring towns just to get enough receptacles and covers to finish 2 rooms. I've run into the same thing. Now, we live in BFE so that might be alot of the issue....lol.
Have you ever had a log home before? This is our second and we will never do it again. The maintenance is never ending. I found some rotted logs this year that I had to r&r. I'm was in the middle of stripping and sanding it until the weather turned. When that is done, I have to refinish and rechink it. Depending on when you live, this has to be done every 5-7 years.....give or take. I've had it. I've got enough on my plate without that. So no more log homes for us. Good luck. I didn't realize the truck needed all that. It honestly didn't look that bad in the pics.
