What are some of your favorite gadgets for eating healthy on the road.

I have an APU on my truck, and a mini fridge with no freezer.

What do you guys bring with you, to cook quick meals with? How do you store your frozen goods?

Also what foods do you bring with you? Like what frozen meals and what not.

Oatmeal, paper bowls and plastic spoons. You can stockpile oatmeal because of the long shelf life. Requires some water and a microwave. In a pinch you can just fill an insulated coffee cup with boiling water at a truck stop and skip the microwave. Proven to lower blood pressure and reduce cholesterol.

I mix dried dates, figs, raisins, gooseberrys in the oatmeal, plus some ground cinnamon powder.

Get gooseberrys on Ebay. Add to oatmeal and microwave.

All very good things I need to look into. What vitamins do you take? I've always had manual labor intensive jobs, so this all is a whole new world to me.

Put tea leaves or ground tea in your food and on meat when cooking it.
Gives it a good flavor and is healthy. Green tea is healthy. I buy it at Asian markets, but can also order it online from Amazon or Walmart. Amazon is cheaper.
