I honestly don’t think it really matters. They are all wired together so no matter where you clamp the leads to all the batteries will charge the same assuming the connections are good and clean.

I like to boost off the battery closest to the starter. I figure the less connections between the booster and starter the better.

I'm sure you are aware, silicone grease is a must when assembling those..

I use dow111 or equivalent. Eaton silicone rubber lube works as well. Any dielectric will work. Just something. Needs to click together smooth or the o-ring can roll...

I hope its quick and easy. I hate working on my own stuff. But I hate paying someone to do a job I'm capable of even more.

From what I've read, yup. As usual he is wrong.

He's just kissing Quebec's ### because its idiots there and in Ontario that keep him in power. Sadly, federal elections are usually determined long before the votes are tallied in every province/territory west of Ontario.

The batteries are not old, connections clean, its just rarely driven lately, and been extremely cold. So occasionally I want to put a charger on, and in the past I put both clips on one battery, thinking it just spreads out across all of them, as they are connected. Today I was charging them, as I usually do, and my brother in law came by, and said that is the wrong way. Well I left them connected as they were, since I was soon going to take the charger off anyway. But wanted to ask you gents.

Yes as long as your connections are clean and tight
