I’ve worked for about 10 companies throughout my career moving for better pay from company to lease and superego was by far the worst they say they pay 88% of the load but really your getting 25-30% of that , the dispatchers (I went through 4) they take money from the top and then offer you a rate which you can deny or take but the load could be paying 3000 they will offer you 2200 they will let you get more than $2/mile like twice a week when in all actuality all your runs could be more than $2/mile I’ve had access to two major load boards and if asked a load that you see on the load board they will deny you because they can’t take off from the top since you already see what it pays , the fleet managers and other managers don’t care and it’s hard to reach anyone when you need to make a complaint they will have you on how 10+ min at a time, they all seem nice kind and sweet but really can careless they all have each other’s back and laugh at you outside the pay they give you the truck in not the best condition my truck starting giving me problems within my first month of working with them and my trailer was #### I complained to them they made me go get it fixed then took it right out of my check
