Not sure how new it is but on my '17 6.7 Ford you have to hold down the Traction control button for 3 to 5 seconds and it disables both abs and tcsCrusader66, jamespmack, cke and 6 others Thank this.

So im having to pull my transmission on my pickup. Can i leave the transfer case on and pull it all at once? Its a 98 model gm 5 speed.

I seperate em. Its only 6 bolts and a gasket. I don't think there is room to slide it all back before hitting the torsion bar crossmember to nose dive the tranny out.Crusader66, jamespmack, cke and 9 others Thank this.

I've tried that. Push it once it disables the traction control. Hold it and it disables stability. It won't do both from what I can tell. If I push it and then immediately hold it, it will go into sport mode. Sport mode disables both but roll stability is on so it can't get real sideways.
