Hi everyone.
I have received offers from all three of these companies. Based on your experience which would be the best starter company? Should I avoid any of these companies? Thanks in advance for your help.

YRC, then move on to a better LTL company after a year
bzinger, Boondock and SthrnCmfrt Thank this. -
All three are OK.
Pretty sure Dutch Maid is the only one that runs West Coast.Boondock and SthrnCmfrt Thank this. -
I’m biased and say Ozark. Be aware They have driver facing cameras and require night driving due to hauling a lot of FedEx. APU on all trucks. Excellent maintenance. Treat you like a human being. I’d go back if I ever went company OTR again. Really liked that place.

I've never heard anything negative about any of the 3 either. It depends on what you want to do the most. There was a driver on here that runs for Dutch Maid, and he told me their business model is running in and out of Ohio. If you want to run a lot of territory, that's definitely your best bet

Thanks for your reply. Did you start out with YRC?LtlAnonymous and Boondock Thank this.

Thanks JoeyJunk. Does Ozark team drive during training? I've heard that some of the FedEx loads coming out of Memphis that Ozark does is interesting. Right after coming off of your 10 hour they give you a load that drops close and immediately want you to go on another 10 hour to cover a FedEx load. Did you have to do a lot of those back to back 10 hour breaks that screwed with your sleep schedule?Boondock Thanks this.

Yeah I can't find a lot about any of them, good or bad. I guess that is good though as people would be talking if something went south with a company. Dutch Maid said that the last part of training is teaming doing California runs. You have to have so many hours doing the teaming before being released from training.bryan21384 and Boondock Thank this.
