Hope you’ve got a tight turning truck! Cause every farmer I know buries their storage tanks as deep in the farm as they can down a road that makes a 200” wheelbase tremble

    Your compairing apples to oranges
    He's talking about liquid fertilizer
Your talking about dairy slurry or liquid maure.. they have special tankers now to haule that and yes now you have to be licensed to transport or apply that now it's been that way for atleast 10 years the DNR is in charge of that

I’m not allowed to tell you why my tanks are buried deep down.

Okay,,I see,,,still, apparently, "Implements of Husbandry" in Wisconsin, do not need a license or registration, although, I think those days are numbered too. The law makes no difference if it's a John Deere or a KW.

Around here the implement of husbandry law covers just about every farm related vehicle as long as it's being used solely for that purpose.
You cannot drive your John Deere into town to go drinking at the tavern. Especially if your license has been revoked for drunk driving.
Ever see a Cat Challenger? One of our local boozers that isn't eligible for license reinstatement until 2035 got thirsty and drove his to town. On the state highway. It's not illegal 'cause it has rubber tracks. Being parked in front of the tavern for five hours was a dead giveaway though.[IMG]

Problem with a 7500 gal tank is you'll most likely only load 3500 gal due to the wpg.
And that will cause some serious surge. I've pulled a lot of caustic that weighs about 12lb. per gallon in a 7000 gallon tank and it's not fun.
If he/you going to load other liquids then a larger tank would be more versatile

    Plus.
If loading 28-32 be sure it’s a stainless steel tank, not aluminum.
