Big surprise, got that crazy look in his eyes,,yet another boost for trucker image. 106 year sentence, get the Kardashians in on it, reduced to 6 months. And just for the record, this "kid" was no angel either. "Other assaults in the past 2 years?" Really? When she was 10? The guy is clearly a creep, but this story stinks,,,

 

No worries...if he's in the general population, I'd give it 6 months or less and they'll find him either swinging by the neck in his cell, on bleeding to death after a shanking. Criminals will tolerate about any crime by their fellow inmates, except messing with kids sexually.

 

Making the public pay for these life long sentences and health care for them is insane. Just give him the needle.

General population with a bunch of lifers that don’t have anything to loose and put the word out.

 

If the crimes happened over a two year period, the victim must have been a relative or neighbor. Makes you wonder why the victim didn't report him when he was gone away from home.

 

You really expect a 10 to 12 year old child to know what is actually normal and what is not? We are not talking about an adult that knows that sexual assault is or that needs to even be reported. There isalso the fact that you got a 10 to 12 year old that is being abused that could very well be worried that if she tells someone,mom and dad for example, they will get attacked by the same guy.

 

could have been out of fear for maybe a younger sibling, the mother, whomever.

fear can be a huge deterrent to the victims.

 

That’s the same reason a lot of women are beaten for years and some never get out.
