What if it Snows?

Bloomberg reported Thursday that commodity-trading giant Trafigura Group offered to sell a cargo of Russia’s flagship Urals crude at a record discount of $22.70 to Dated Brent, a global benchmark for physical oil transactions, but received no bids.

Having a lower price at the spot market then the futures markets is something that happens all the time it is called backwardation in the market. However, a price difference of this much for crude sitting on the boat is huge. What this is showing the Market is punishing Russia and not the government's placed restriction on trade causing this situation. It is still legal to buy that boat load of crude and sell it here in the US.

 

Good luck getting someone to offload the boat……

Made it to Ozark Ar at the Workman’s travel, I back still like a spread axle,go passed the spot I want by like a truck and a half, cut away slowly, then turn back and ease back into the spot as if you were parked and driving out and left.

I had already made my cut away and starting backwards, and this ###hat in this Western Flyer truck came grabbing gears(who was parked at fuel island) squeezing between front of my truck, and almost dragging his trailer over the dude parked in the corner spot.

I told him what I thought about him, and seen his radio reflection turn off.
So at least he had a CB, right?

 

I should have included some background from the article explaining how oil traders are the single most ruthless greedy ####s on the planet, who would sell their mother for a dollar more on a futures contract. For them to take a hard pass and not even bid is incredible. The oil market is standing up and saying this is wrong and #### YOU Russia.
