I’m pretty sure that the overall driver experience there still sucks great big slimey green ones

 

notices most companies who look for drivers on craigslist either very new to game or drivers quit too fast either way seems like a red flag I see them and stevens transport,CRST,and CR England few others always in craigslist. personally if I owned a few trucks I would never look in craigslist not a great way find good worker often reverse can be said.

 

I still have not figured out where these things happen these days.
Is it all facebook? Google jobs does not seem much better that craigslist

 

honestly they all crap shooters I personally prefer in-person interviews when I used to hire people for my past company but indeed was okay monster also pretty decent but even if I told people in writing explained in person even introduced people who just came from a job covered in dirt they just didn't understand be hard work and hot weather in summer and cold in winter for my landscaping company. finding workers to stay even above average pay was a pain my ### 90% I never took the ads down of hiring because one the lemons got attacked by some dirt its makes his clothes dirty and its hard work.

 

The owner wont tell you his real name or business address because he has cheated so many people he is dodging being served papers daily. I got hired at a pretty high salary. 70 cpm and 500 miles per day, very quickly my contractually protected run and 1800 a week salary went down 2/3rds and when i asked for a copy of my contract and sunnys real last name i was fired. i cant think of any legal reason a guy could give a fake name or alias. There is no protection for drivers. HR is a joke. Harassment, abuse, fraud and best of all no bathrooms for american drivers but the cousins of the owner get a sweet lounge and dispatcher bathrooms. Im trying to get an investigator to serve sunny papers but so far he denies who he is and has strawmen impersonating him. Its pretty shady and i think they hire intentionally ignorant office staff to keep the sleaziness going. Im out about 50 grand and honestly pushing me to "drive until you crash" makes me feel like i should sue for over a million due to the stress this has put on me and my family. I have a kid in college and this organized crime group impersonating a legal company needs to be unionized by the teamsters. I have met dozens of drivers with stories worse than mine. My advise is if you meet sunny take his picture, this guy will wrong you and at least then he cant claim its not him when you try to sue him. Dont work for Legend Transport out of Yuba City / Fontana.

 

Well, I would think you could do something about that. Maybe a plague, or a flood, something.....
