Bout the only 20% grade i ever heard of was over in ND. Pulled oil out of this set of wells back before the roads got finished and there were a few spots of 15-25%.
Ive had a few brag about going down 20% grades and i always ask em who they were with in the bakken and what years they were there. I always get confused looks. Though the best reply i ever got was one mid 30s guy who claimed he was a balkin war vet when he was 20.
