Cattle hauler charged with DUI

Welp.
@Chinatown is going to have another that was ... let go with absolutely no reason at all, maybe a blown tire or bent rim or little ding to the trailer or some such.

 

Does that fall under ( a minor incident)

 

DUI, he'll probably demand a job with a company with ungoverned trucks and paper logs.

He processed the beef.. I bet he got a job with Moorehouse hauling boxed beef .

 

well, regardless of the speeds the bull haulers do, he was DRUNK, and crashed, and injured another person. that's the bottom line.

he needs to have his CDL revoked for life.

enough of this crap of truckers, supposedly professionals being drunk, or drugged out.

it's dumbarse drivers and steering wheel holders like that, that continue to give the anti-trucking people all the ammunition they need to force thier elected officials to make things tougher, for those of YOU that still have to work.

Let me say this .. I've been on that stretch of road alot over the years.. I would not want to being driving more than 50 mph.sober.. and if I had a load of cattle in the wagon .. 45 mph is pretty fast in that mess

The speed limit or less. Sometimes traffic will dictate a faster speed being the only exception.

Okay, I'll rephrase that. What kind of truck do you drive? Van, flat, tanker....? Have you ever hauled livestock?

 

Van. I’ve never hauled livestock but have done reefer and tank previously. I do know that livestock would be more similar to tank surge except liquid is more uniform while livestock would be more unpredictable.
