WFX Logistics owes our hauling company $7700. It is SIXTY DAYS IN and still nothing. We literally had to press their feet to the fire two weeks ago to get them to pay a $4000+ invoice they had for 40+ days.

AND GET THIS: When I asked Jennifer, the AP rep, if I could speak to someone above her or someone above the rude sales rep named Stefanie who lined up these loads with us, Jennifer said, "I'm sorry, it is company policy not to give out the names or numbers of the people above us."

Saying it one more time for those folks in the back >

It's WFX's company policy NOT TO LET ME OR YOU TALK to the people in positions of authority at WFX.

    LET THAT SINK IN.

As an Owner/Operator who's been in business for 25 years, I take every call that comes my way. If a customer is happy or unhappy, I take the call and resolve it. I left a detailed message for Shane Sheffield, VP at WFX at 3:30PM EST today. No return call as of this writing, it's now 4:15PM.

I will update this thread as this mess unfolds.

Missing paperwork, driver error, workplace shooting/ massacre. Maybe reason for delay

Why are you doing business with WFX in the first place? The company has a questionable reputation and is known for lies and dishonesty.

Why work with them? Did you research them?

A warning to all truckers out there:

If you expect to get paid, do not haul for WFX Logistics out of HOUSTON and OK.

They still owe this owner/operator $7700 and it's well beyond 60 days.

I have left additional messages (since my 4/22 post) for Shane (VP) and Gilbert (Marketing & Sales), neither of whom call me back. I have been speaking with a guy named Mario in Houston who does not even understand the hauling process enough to speak intelligently about the details at issue.

Consider yourselves warned, fellow Truckers. WFX Logistics is a big NO-GO.

    ^^^yep, what 062 said.
Day 31 I would have filed on the bond. You would've been paid very quick.
    Good luck

who calls on a bond after 31 days! Most wait at least 45-60 to start at bond. At about 5 weeks I make a call to broker and it gets fixed

I’m emailing/calling on day 31. IF when I’m under the load for a broker we corresponded through email and they return emails quickly but, fail to respond in a timely manner to an email about payment then I’ll file a few days later. I’ve had to do it once so far this year. But, never filed it as payment came in on about day 35
