In my opinion you have too much time invested in Estes and you are happy.
The micromanagement at chinamart would kill me.

It wouldn't necessarily be dumb. At least if you made the move, you would be going to a company that's proven. I just say, don't make change for the sake of change.

I was in the same predicament you're in. I was gonna leave the company I'm happy at to go work at another place for more money. I had the job and they gave me a start date, but I ended up staying where I am and don't regret it. I know what I have, I like what I have, I like what I do. Why risk leaving all that for a CHANCE that the grass may be greener somewhere else?

    Yes and no.
It depends of what type are you.
If you like being called into Safety and
reminded that when payed by the hour
Your time is their time and they show you
the video captured by the road facing camera
reflection in the windshield of you playing with your phone
for 18 seconds while parked at a store just before delivering,
you may want to go for it. Otherwise good place to work.
True story, by the way. It happened twice.
The second time my buddy got the message.
I would have stayed with Estes.
    Just my HMO.

    Smart choice.
    Smart way to make decisions.
Green is an overrated color anyway.

Yeah. Thanks guys. I highly value your opinions. I think Estes is the perfect fit for me. I think Walmart is a great company but I am not a fan of being micromanaged and slip seating a sleeper truck.

I would stay where you’re at…for all intents and purposes you have it made..great $$ and great schedule…those are hard to come by anymore and with your seniority you’re in great shape too…
