    Ex ODFL.

    Stay where you’re at.

Are you experiencing a little buyer's remorse?
    After giving up on ODFL?

Absolutely not. But if I did hang up the OO lifestyle, I’d be straight back to LTL.

We actually applied to Estes before ODFL. We had subcontracted to them with Freymiller, as employees.

Easy to look at turnover between TL and LTL and figure it out.

77cpm? I’ll beat the OP senseless if he goes to Wally World:)

Your violent tendencies should be severely reprimanded...LOL. /s
I'm glad you are happy with what you got now.
There are a lot of unhappy drivers out there.

There’s a lot of unhappiness out here these days.

I didn’t realize the ESTES pay scale was that good.

OP would be a fool to jump ship at this stage - even to ownership.

    Just my dumb opinion.

Depends on what you want. A lot of slow down ole timers are looking for that matched 6% 401k. Here at walmart you are vested day 1. You can touch your money anytime. We have better time off vacation then anyone else. The other benefits like short term, centers of excellent, etc are second to none. Health insurance is high with high deductibles. But everything else is great. You will start off at the bottom here. Maybe slip seating trucks several times a week or maybe not. But this job is really what dc your based out of. Some better some not

You will earn them not come in with them. 62.5 hours worked each week will earn you a half day
