Typical dirtbag broker move. You gave him longer than I would've. No rate con, no agreement. Nothing is set in stone until I get an acknowledgement after I send back a signed rate con. He's a raging loser for trying to backcharge you when he didn't live up to his end of the bargain. He's lucky he even had a truck willing to wait like you did. He never had the load that's why he couldn't give a rate con initially. Double brokered I bet. Shocker!
Nice try Landstar.....

Look at the load descriptions. Every now and then, it says "No Landstar". I've never seen one that says "No TQL", or "No King of Freight".
That says a lot by itself.pumpkinishere, bzinger, Rideandrepair and 12 others Thank this. -

BUT
at 7%, I figured by the time he pays the 7 gals in the office, his kid ( GM ), and himself $200, office, computers, internet service, he'd lose right around $10K a month, just to break even.BennysPennys, Oxbow, bzinger and 3 others Thank this. -
One example, everyone that knows the system knows how bad Laredo is or was. I never sat down there always had something to get out of Laredo usually before I even got down there was already set up by one of the boss man's friends. We in turn helped them get out of our area with loads that went unposted.God prefers Diesels, blairandgretchen, MACK E-6 and 1 other person Thank this. -
