It is better to be late than never. Take the load, take your time, after load tell you are late for so long.. traffic, construction (and there are whole bunch now), accident, blown tire, long line in McDonald's, whatever. Any appointment can be moved in any direction if there is a need for a load. Dispatch may shout, grind their arm chairs, threaten.. smile and take the load to a destination at a safe pace.
How do you trip plan?

So true.
Glad you mentioned the lies that dispatchers told customers about your driving.
Accidentally heard some lies about why I'll miss the delivery and my hair raised on my back.
Outrageous lies told by office staff to the customers.Last edited: May 16, 2022

Lack of personal responsibility is a huge problem in today’s world. Everyone always wants it to be someone else’s fault instead of owning up to the part they themselves play in it. What were the two companies that threatened you? Might as well put them out there so that everyone knows. Then figure out why you yourself keeps going to work for companies who treat people that way and figure out how to change it.tscottme, God prefers Diesels, goga and 1 other person Thank this. -
Translation: "I totally agree with you. It happened to me more than once."
Do you understand now?
Thank you. -
I hope you like it better now.
Thank you.
