What are some violations tht could put a driver out of service

 

I only have 5 months of experience. Safety termination from Schneider for making a U-turn, getting stuck in the mud and needed to get pulled out. Yes, I now know how stupid it was! No damage, no moving violation, empty box, but a ticket for leaving the road surface and not obeying a traffic device (48' limitation, which is why I tried to turn around). No other violations, haptic issues, log issues, or speeding. I even passed the DOT inspection they ran without issues.

I'm trying to get a new job but everyone wants a minimum of 6 months clean driving. Is there anyone who will give a 2nd chance other than Western or should I just give up and make a career change?

Yeah, I wouldn't rule out Western Express; lots of drivers there that have been there for several years.

 

I'm in N.E. Pennsylvania. I looked at Western. They want a 12 month contract w/ $2500 penalty if you leave early
