FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

I just left irving with my coca cola load. Dont think i will make my 7am appt in lenexa.

 

Is that the syrup place where you need a shoe horn to get in/out?

 

I believe so. It was busy and took 4 hrs to get loaded.

 

A suggestion… I would call FCC and ask to speak with Tyson or Eric.
In the past I went through a couple of situations where I had to call them and communicate with them very respectfully and they took care of resolving the situation.

I’m the type of person that goes nuts on things like that. I can wait and understand that things do happen in trucking but the FCC way of doing things is that they do want for there drivers to be making good money for there families and not let other shipper’s or receiver’s drain our time and if it happens they usually will compensate your time with detention or lay over pay.

 

Thank you I’ll keep that in mind. I’m just the shag driver so I just brought it back to the drop yard so it wasn’t a huge deal for me. You’re right tho I’ve done some pickups and had a few oddball deliveries that took forever. And I usually get a message along the lines of “send in your arrival and departure times. We will not be going back there”. Sweeeeet!

 

My prayers to all those families that all over this country have lost someone because of a massive shooting.
Now another one again in Texas!

Many years ago I work as a supervisor for a children ministry of about 1,300 kids and
I’m just tired of this of this continuing killing!

Again my prayers to all those families and I hope someone will bring a change to this epidemic of killing!!!

 

I think fixing mental health and giving the help people need would go a long ways towards helping this problem..maybe not fix it all but at least get it that direction..

 

I’ll add to those Prayers, and agree with @drvrtech77 about increased mental health programs or maybe bring back mental health institutions and have some people committed. But we already have an over use of confinement too.

But there is a special kind of pure evil that is willing to kill their own grandmother and then a bunch of kids just because it was within walking distance to where they crashes their car (if I have the details correct)

sad thing is, this kid was on some watch list or red flag list and was interviewed by a Councelor too.

I don’t have the answer, but evil is just evil.

 

The only positive thing I can say about that situation is, at least he died from lead poisoning (from a sniper rifle) so he can't hurt anyone else ever again and the taxpayers of TX don't have to pay for a long trial and all the appeals along with the expenses for room and board at the gray bar hotel until he dies.

 

I just found out that a truck driver lost his daughter in this shooting…. I put myself in his position as a truck driver and father and my soul is broken!!!
I also don’t have the answer and indeed is just evil!
