in your opinion does ltl in general need more terminals and bigger ones.
i have my opinion i am not sure i am confortable sharing it just yet.

We definitely need bigger terminals, but not necessarily more of them. Plenty of companies have outgrown some of their smaller terminals and hubs/breakbulks that were built 20+ years ago.

FedEx has 3 hubs within 35 miles of each other in the Chicagoland area plus 6-8 EOL service centers. They got plenty but there’s 1 or 2 EOL’s that definitely need more capacity. Before they built the 2 other hubs the Chicago Heights hub was a complete #### show and that’s 380 doors.

We have about 150 doors and if you count all the freight we’re giving away, I’d say we’ve outgrew it.
