Fewer terminals that are bigger. Yellow is shutting down 19 barns and consolidating them into larger barns to maintain the manning to service the same area.

You will end up doing more driving, but you will save on overhead costs like all the stuff that comes with maintaining a large building.

We definitely need bigger terminals, but not necessarily more of them. Plenty of companies have outgrown some of their smaller terminals and hubs/breakbulks that were built 20+ years ago.

FedEx has 3 hubs within 35 miles of each other in the Chicagoland area plus 6-8 EOL service centers. They got plenty but there’s 1 or 2 EOL’s that definitely need more capacity. Before they built the 2 other hubs the Chicago Heights hub was a complete #### show and that’s 380 doors.

We have about 150 doors and if you count all the freight we’re giving away, I’d say we’ve outgrew it.
