Stop passing up other jobs. Take a good one that comes along, but don't stop trying to get where you want. This will allow you to have a decent income while you wait for their long hiring process to be completed.

FedEx Freight linehaul is alot of dockwork. When I was there, bottom men were driving 40 minutes to the nearest break, working the dock 8 hours, and then driving 40 minutes back to the home 20.
Even higher seniority runs were working the dock.
If you don't mind the dock its not so bad. If you like driving tho, I'd look elsewhere. I've heard that XPO runs their linehaul similar.snowlauncher Thanks this. -
