Find a company that doesn't think trying to get a driver to operate unsafe equipment is ok.

I worked for a chap that stated "I'll Fix It When You Get Back To The Yard"
and other times "I'll Fix It Next Week".
Sometimes I was home for 1 to 2 weeks waiting on genius to repair truck.
