@Rontonio you over on the coast loading one of those big propellers? Be in my neck of the woods mid-week? Reason I'm asking it was 71° today and forecast 102° Wednesday. Seems when you are in the area it's hotter than the surface of the sun.

I know I didn’t post much here, but @jamespmack reached out in another thread, and I appreciate that. I’m still around, just don’t have much to post about since I’m not in a truck.

I took an hourly job about a year ago working as a service tech for a company I was hauling loads for. The guys I would deliver to kept telling me to join their crew, so I finally gave in. I’m on the road just as much as I was trucking, but to sleep and shower in a hotel beats a truck stop any day. I’ve spent 2 months in a hotel so far this year, and I got a month long service trip I got to leave for right after Labor Day. Got to fly out to Arizona today.

Anyways, I still got the truck and trailer. Trying to figure out if I want to sell it all or find a driver. I will be better about popping in here.

 

Always good to hear from folks, pull up a chunk of firewood and set at the fire with us….
