It entails being available for 7 full days. No missed appointments. No home time during the 7 day period. No service failures. NOTHING.

Basically, they find any excuse for you not to make the guarantee.

I'd love to extend an offer, but you are out of our area. I'd look into Brakebush myself. Good pay, good equipment, and I haven't met a dissatisfied driver there (we have a Brakebush contract locally here, so we see them a bit). The only drawback I have seen there would be super singles.

Magnum out of Fargo ND has a lot of NC drivers, a drop lot in Greensboro and very nice hometime policy. I don’t work there any more though. Check on the thread here for updated info.
I used to stay out 3-4 weeks and take a week off. Never an issue. I would drop trailer in Greensboro and bobtail home.(Durham)
I have a more regional job now. Home most weekends and a night or two during the week frequently. But the money was better at Magnum…

Actually it might be kinda fun to bust their balls and make all the on time appointments etc.
Then after a month or two, hand them the keys and say adios!!:D

I will push Magnum LTD in Fargo, ND out here. A lot of freight to and from NC. Good people, good equipment, good lanes. We don't go north of Jersey and we don't go to California. If you're not a cold weather person though i would look elsewhere..unless you fancy 30 below temps in Minnesota during winter.

Hey thanks everyone for the responses so far. I’ve got a few leads just trying to figure out the logistics. First fleet, I was curious about their dedicated run out of this area. It goes up into the Northeast. Richmond on up to Philadelphia area. $.65 per mile but keep in mind most of that’s gonna be pretty slow traffic ridden miles. Out Monday through Friday off every weekend. Which would be extremely different for me. Lol

however, after reading driver reviews on indeed and a few other places not too many drivers seem to be happy running for these guys which was shocking to me. Anyone run for them?
Recruiter is claiming $1550 weekly average, which for a dedicated rig running Monday through Friday isn’t bad but something tells me that might be an inflated average. You’d have to run about 2500 miles a week and I’m not sure that’s happening in that region going through DC and all that every day.

I've always read it depends on the terminal manager. Maybe not a good one. Not bad money but i-81 and i-95 would get old really fast. If you lived closer I would recommend one of the stick haulers out of hickory or high point.
