Being asked to do leave while you are trespassing isn't harassment. It's being asked to leave by the person with the authority to ask. Just because you believe someone has authority to let you park there (store manager) doesn't mean he actually does. Heck, for that matter it may not even be properly owned by Walmart and "corporate office" was the actual property owner.

    Jesus Christ...

I was told it was ok (for multiple years) that it was ok. Then one day, out of the blue, I'm told to leave or the police would be called.

    That's not harassment??????

Imagine asking your Mom if you could take the car and she says Yes. THEN, when you get home, your Dad beats the heck out of you for taking the car...what is that?

Get off you #### horse! You're not right, you're judgmental.

Just because you got your snowflake feelings hurt by being asked to not park on someone else's property doesn't mean it's harassment. It simply means that after a couple of years if dealing with the crap truckers leave they changed their mind.

It's annoying I will give you, it's just not harassment.

This is how I look at it, I’m not here to judge whether it’s harassment or not. I’m just not giving Walmart my money anymore. I use Instacart. And I get the stuff delivered right to me from whatever store I want and it’s not Walmart anymore. That amounts to about $600 a month that I used to spend at Walmart. Is that gonna make a difference to them? Of course not. But a 4,000,000 truckers and their extended families decided to do that, it might get their attention? Lol just saying

Just remember this folks it’s always about the bottom line. Always. If you don’t like the way a company does business, take your business somewhere else. Don’t shop at Walmart. You don’t need to. Instacart and those types of apps and services are a game changer you can park anywhere and shop at any store like you’re literally in the store going down the isles.

boycotting walmart is never going to work. as i said most if not all walmart stores are sitting on leased land, meaning they do not own that land, a private concern does, who is "free" to police and tow, or tag or boot unauthorized parking.

and further, you cannot get more than 1 trucking to a gree with another trucker on anything.

aren't we supposed to be "lone wolfs"...????

Tbh, considering the slobs that have taken over this industry I’m pretty sure if I owned a business like that I wouldn’t allow trucks either. And if I did it would be paid parking with security. I’d have no problem booting & banning scumbags who leave trash/human waste in the lot, as well as kicking RV’s, lot lizards, drug & stolen goods dealers, and the morons who block up the driveways. A couple of places like little America have already started booting & towing idiots who camp in the fuel island.

recently I parked at the Petro in kingman, az and while it was easy to pull into a spot that had little risk of having me get blocked in, two dimwits decided to park right at the end of the driveway, completely blocking it. Police were there trying to get the two jokers to leave, and they were refusing, even to the point of acting like they were still sleeping or didn’t speak English. I had to pull out of the spot a & reverse down the entire length of the lot to find a place to turn around and find my way through the maze of trucks that were blocking alleyways and while rows of trucks still trying to get out.
