Don’t want to bash your company, GeorgeWilliams- you’re an owner and definitely not a driver. Like the way you threw in the race card and a few strategically placed aint’s. You’re ‘merican and I’m Donald Duck. Pay your driver his dues - you knew from the get go what you were getting with this applicant- stop quibbling- this “ ain’t “ the Ukraine - driver should report you to the state you’re operating in department of labor - IRS for not giving him a 1099 or whatever you signed him up under and they’ll do an exhaustive 2 year audit on your company. You can thank me later - da?

 

I stopped reading after “as a black man.”

Soon as race is injected into the conversation to make it more believable tells me enough, Georgie isnt Georgie, more of a Vlad or Sergey.

 

When you are even getting a hint of losing, play the race card.
From now on if someone argues with me, I am going to identify as a black female, double amputee, with multiple personality disorder, and a bad haircut.

Yes they are very crooked. I ran with them for one week and never got paid. The second week the dispatcher acted as if he couldn’t find me a load. Then when I asked where my money was for the first week I was told that I was negative from the second week and the system wouldn’t allow them to release my check. But told me if I started on another load they could get me an EFS check for the first week. So I turned their truck in. They are very crooked

 

So I don't get it, why do drivers come here and complain AFTER they made the mistake of not coming here and reading how to protect themselves.

They need to teach the employment end of this for a CDL, no reason not to add labor and contractor laws in the mix.

so driver, here are a couple questions ---->>> I know you won't be back but maybe it will help other drivers who are ready to make the same mistake.

The first question is are you a 1099 driver?

AND the most important question ---->>> if you are

What does your contract say?

IF you are a 1099, and you don't have a contract, well dude, there isn't much that can be done, you may have worked for free for these guys.

Why even bother to reply? youre not helping yourself if you are a 1099 fleet.

 

You don't have to be Russian to be a crook. They learned how to steal from Americans.
