WOW!!!! 2500 whole miles a WEEK? Well congrats!! And you stay out 3-5 weeks for that? LOLOLOL What a joke, i run 3200-3500/week EVERY week and i'm home 1 1/2-2 days a week. See why i left Marten?

Just a small local company out of Idaho, we run back and forth to cali some weeks and out to Chicago area and back some weeks

 

i think marten is the greatest company i have been to i get 3500 to 3600 miles a week and i have never had a layover since i have been there for 15 years counting and i always get those long runs out to california. what ever those other drivers are telling you on here there lying they just what all the miles ti there selves marten is the right chose and they dont make you work for free

1st off I said 2500 OR MORE a week and I only stay out 2 weeks at a time. 2nd 3200-3500 a week? BS I know the companies out in ID. Been there done that and still have friends out there. No one dose that kind of running week in and week out. Not going in and out of Cali. Tell your BS stories to the rookies but don't try to BS me. Been there don't that and more.

 

My husband worked for them from October 2008 to August 2009 as a lease driver. Things started off okay, but later on...he wasn't getting the miles to cover expenses. The Payroll deductions on Insurance was screwed. From week to week...I wonder whether or not insurance/gap and another type was going to be deducted.

The key is if you are a lease driver and decide it isn't in your best interest ....you can NOT go to company driver. You are FIRED.

For us that wasn't the case. Also, it is hard to get information from them pertaining to your account. So you have to stay on top of your business.

 

Hey Marten TROLL company S**K #####, I can prove my miles 3200-3500/week PERIOD end of discussion. I started my new job on the 7th of January a Thursday (so you don't have to look at a calendar) and up to the "MINUTE" i have put 14606 miles on the truck and by the WAY I'm paid straight off the ODOMETER none of this shortest mile crap where you lose 10% EVERY trip. So if you like to argue and call BS feel free but remember i can PROVE IT!!! And one other thing in the 34 days i been employed here ive been home about 6 or 7 days and i'm headed home today as soon as i get loaded. So you can continue to be a Marten suckup if you'd like i really dont care but i run more miles than you do and i'm home a heck of a lot more often than you are and MAKE more MONEY than you do. So we'll see who has the LAST laugh....

 

W=T=F dude,i know everyone has a habit<<<<but if i were you, i would change dealers . that stuff your smokeing must be to dry,,,,,,get something with some moisture in it,,it will be ok,,,thr real number will apear
