Those cable barriers do a really good job.

 

It’s interesting how everyone else seemed to be hauling it, yet, this guy is the only one to lose it. For icy roads, it appears everyone is driving too fast.

 

Most Cable barriers work as designed yet there have been and will be Cable Barrier FAILURES.

I like how the Hammer Lane opposite travelers were really not even fazed.

 

I don’t think his accident was due to road conditions but rather not paying attention then panic when he realized he was no longer on the road.

 

That truck driving away from the camera slowed down considerably. He just didn’t have brake lights on the trailer.

 

I would think that gives you an understanding of road conditions. Like I said the driver overreacted to something he himself did and caused himself to loose controll. To blame it on road conditions is just looking for an excuse.
