Watch for the wildfires in the summer/fall after the plants go nuts with the rainfall then die and dry out. Then come the mudslides the next time it rains after the mudslides burnt everything off that was holding the soil together.

They are already dealing with flooding, after all the droughts. Give it a few weeks for the feet of snow pack to start melting and see even more flooding.

    God defineately hates California too

Mother nature trying to flush that toilet. You know, people are so stupid, all up in arms about the "drought", history has repeatedly shown, California goes through stages, and drought followed by heavy rain and mudslides have dogged them forever. I think it's great. The Colorado River, that supllies most of the SW, is like 70% down, and we're not talking that 2nd shower for the day, it was serious. Now, with reservoirs at near capacity, it's too much rain. Only them to blame, with the asphalt jungle, the water has nowhere to go.
Far as produce, California has had the crappiest produce for years, and I bet most comes from Mexico. They just will never tell you that.

The stupid thing, here in the northeast where there is plenty of water theyre passing all the same water restrictions. You cant even buy a decent kitchen faucet anymore, takes 2 or 3 minutes to fill a pot of water, old one we had when i was growing up it took maybe 20 seconds. Showerheads are pretty aweful too.

King of the Hill did a hilarious episode on low flow toilets, that took 4-5 flushes. Far as pressure, the water depts. are stretched pretty thin with all the new housing, many still using pumps from the 60s, and aging water lines.
