Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, Zoar was one of the 5 cities slated for destruction by God; but Zoar was spared at Lot's plea as his place of refuge.

 

I think of libraries kind of the same way a giant food store like a Kroger, HEB or Albertsons do they sell stuff that is supper bad for people and could even kill people yes, they do. But they also sell stuff that is super good for you too. I personally like being able to go buy a box of cheap wine or beer, knowing that a lot of good church folks take great exception to and want to outlaw the stores from selling it.
It's time for people to mind their own business.

Yes, if one was to take all of the “guide lines” people are claiming to use as criteria for banning a books, then yes, the bible would be included in that list.
