    Got a hold of one of the upper management type individuals later that evening. Told him this was an absolutely ridiculous situation.

    Had the shop resend the inspection report. I saved a copy of the docusign, and sent that over...AGAIN, cause it's corporate and you have to do everything at least twice.

    And magically, they found it.

    They must be on the fritz - I had to have my shop resend one of the trailers the other day.

    I take a photo of the maintenance record and attach it to email and send it that way.

    They rejected the last one because I hadn’t dated it.

    I replied to the email - “You’ve heard of the straw and the camels back, right?”

    Not necessarily, one could in theory have the inspection done on January 20th and send an email with the form attached on April 20th.
