For those curious about MPG at that speed 3.5 on the mpg

 

So double the fuel use, but gets out of California in half the time, talk about a tough decision.

 

Seems fairly clear:
"driver" was already LATE from shipper, so just trying to cut down the transition time.

 

Either that or he was trying to give Amazon Prime a run for their money.

Now, this was a while ago when that video was posted...and it was a car not an evil, obnoxious, polluting semi...but...

 

Cali will probably have an issue with the amount of emissions coming out at 94mph over the actual speed itself.

 

The policeman would have torn the ticket up if the driver had threatened to call the US Marshalls Service.

 

At that point, it's "gmp".

 

If you ask what is mpg at those speeds you can't afford it.

 

The way I see some of the people from Cali run across iowa on 80 this doesent surprise me .
50 mph headwind into the hills and flat on the floor .
Run to crash complete idiots .
