    My expenses are very high to date, 2.875/mile due to $17000 repair.

    I’d go somewhere you pick freight, not someone dispatching and controlling my money, Schneider does allow you to pick and choose.

    I actually got hired on as a company driver elsewhere for .60 cpm plus a .06 productivity bonus which is great considering I've inly got 6 months experience. I did everything for Pam other than sign the dotted line because ive sat here for over 2 weeks waiting for them to even find a truck ( I know another red flag)I left my job at a schneider to do this and afterwards find out I can't even start soon after all. I am glad to have had this 2 weeks to rethink my initial decision and go ahead with this company position starting next monday!

    Thats the new job, I took it!! The one I left was schneider which was ok and they gave me a chance and my start. I was lucky to find this new one so quickly.

    Good for you, save your pennies and when the market comes back, buy a used truck not connected to the company you work for. Lease purchase is for the birds
