Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

Ive seen other crete drivers on their forums atleast claiming to be getting that
-
2700 miles in a week is nothing to brag about. That's barely 400 miles a day. Crete is just a big company no different than the rest of them. You can listen to the reasons given for such low miles all day long but at the end of the day it's still only 400 miles.

400 miles per day in the very near future will make most drivers content....if not thrilled !!
zentrucking Thanks this. -
not all of us can have their dream job. I would be happy at this point to be bringing in a paycheck so 2700 a week its perfectly fine for me

My friend just left them..she ran until she was broken down for days w/no breakdown pay or hotel expense when the truck wouldn't start; they attempted forced dispatch to get her to run over her 11/14 or her 70 and Always had to argue standing her ground; and anytime she had to do that her checks were forcefully minimal by the company because if it wasn't her truck going down again to make her sit, THEY made her sit. Although shops documented that the issues with her vehicle were preventative maintenance related (Crete's issue!), Crete Always pointed at her, a professional of over 20 years. Even though she too is a woman, there are VERY FEW of us out here who DO know what we're talking about. Long story short Crete shifted blame, manipulated her loads and her pay, never got her home when she needed, didn't have what she needed in the truck for lack of working with her which affected her health (and you Know what the regulations say about that) ..
I MUST AGREE..stay away from the Crete terminal manager at Salt Lake City .. she's like a REALLY bad computer virus.justatruckerswife Thanks this. -
I must say, there seems to be more to this story than is being told. I don't work for crete but after reading lots of threads on them I've never heard of this much bad news about them.

sound like you know something that we dont know

I think there must be more to this story, I haven't had that low of a week in a year, unless i was home for the weekend or something. I haven't been below 2800 for a month, until this week and I was home as of Thursday morning, and still got 2600. I just take loads offered and run with them.I don't complain, or turn down any loads that I can legally deliver. Not that 26-2800 miles is great, but I'm happy.

I averaged 2800 miles a week with schneider in 07 and was home one week out of
the month I was perfectly happy
