    ... talk to other drivers in your segment , ask questions, see if anyone can refer good dispatch... good dispatch usually have fixed amount of opS or drivers they can handle successfully, they dont expand
    My previous dispatch has probably 6-7trucks under and he is working with helper who does only packets and permits , charging 5%from load ... Let say in todays market they average 7k per week ... Thats over 8k per month ... He is in russia ... This type of income comparable here to 25-35k per month ... trust me he will do his job so well to make sure he won't lose his income and headache free opS

    I also receive extended insurance for my car , body , equipment financing and random scam of asian rich chick trying to teach me to trade crypto:)

    Your Ukrainian dispatcher is the reason a guy self dispatching himself that is trying to negotiate a load can’t even get thru on the line right now. It’s pathetic people from other countries can stalk the load board day and night and be calling on loads an American based company in America is trying to call on or negotiate a higher rate. I’m not singling out your dispatcher in general, they are all a problem. It is a major flaw and issue in this business.

    How are they the problem when husband wife team look at the load board while someone is driving or me asking a friend to check the load board when I'm on the road.
    Are we not allow to do that?

    It’s very different, and if y’all don’t agree that’s fine. Tons of over seas dispatchers on top of husband and wife teams, and state side based dispatchers. Who gives them the right to have access to our load boards or operate in our country, last I checked there’s no loads going to Ukraine. Last I checked I can’t nor do I want to access a load board over seas. It’s pathetic and my opinion, we aren’t all going to agree, I’m just stating the truth and facts though.
