They were team only at one point. And some years ago they offered the highest bonus in trucking. But you had to stay 5 yrs to get it.

Don't see them much anymore since they moved to Rydal, GA.

 

I think probably your greatest area of concern is with team driving -- & how compatible you are/will be with your co-driver.

How well can you sleep in a moving rig?

Especially if the co-driver is also brand new to the CDL world -- & you probably don't really know much about this person.

Mistakes with teaming are potentially more expensive -- because you have another human being on board.

Used to see them alot when i still hauled produce out of California . ..good equipment but when they got loaded they were gone quik .

 

I bet its lots of up and down and you'l earn every dime of it .

Oh ok, I remember reading in the early 2000's that that was the highest sign on (retention)bonus in the industry. And that the regularly ran to cali and Washington.

But this was back before every company started advertising sign on (retention) bonuses. I feel most company's that offers these have high turn over. And they have to use bait to get ppl to come in and stay for awhile.
