All he needs is a miniskirt and some pompoms, all he is is a cheerleader. I doubt he would ever say "yeah, we know these tablets suck, live with em or quit".... that's Tonn's job to be the "if you don't like it, leave" guy.

The new tablets are much more responsive. Still getting used to the new layout and stuff though. The messages are kinda buried which is a pita. The eld, messaging and navigation are really all I make use of.

I'm might be in the minority, but I got the tablet a little over 2 weeks ago and I really like it. I have had zero issues with its operation on daily stuff. I think there's some cosmetic type fixes that will be made, but as far as day to day stuff mine has worked flawless. It's much quicker, your automatically prompted for stops and change of duty, it's just much easier and quicker. Only thing kinda buried are messages, and after you get the layout figured out it's really not that bad. Mostly just took a bit of time to get used to the new layout.

One program has a done key to drop the keypad .Another program doesn’t have the done button.Took me forever to figure out to drop the keypad on this program you have to use a button on the tablet……Why 2 different ways???

Yea, there's a few goofy things like that which I'm sure they will get straightened out, but the overall system works well. I know it wasn't at first, I'm glad that most of the bugs were figured out before I got mine

Understand you can't play any messages while driving audio doesn't work... imo it's a tool to soon force everyone to use their navigation to take care of all drivers who bypass route solutions (tolls) & more importantly and costly the fuel solution (requesting a 32)... the savings they must not fully benefit from when they don't get a optimized fuel savings from the fuel solution is probably at minimum a quarter or more when someone chooses to go their way and use form 32 plus Tolls anyways that's ny belief it boils down to money but hey you want me to go your way no problem pay me for all the miles no Nickle & diming miles to get your fuel solutions...

Also hear you can create a draft of a form while writing or going to scale first before sending in a loaded call that's a little annoying but supposedly they have people working on improvements and bugs which you would think would of been worked out before releasing the sucker... I talk to 3 veteran drivers who have it all 3 b!Tch all the time!

A driver with my company showed me a video of crete driver that was high as kite…his behavior was erratic to say the least and our driver stated he could smell weed and meth coming from the truck…the driver was leaning out the window yelling some bizare crap at the fuel island of a loves..he stated he called lincoln to report the issue…
