In my defense, I have no intention of driving it. Plan is to put someone behind the wheel.

 

Likely it was. I’ve always got the radio on, but yesterday that skip and the stupid base stations had me running it high on the squelch.

I've complained in the CB forum about this. It's sad when you can't talk across the median, but you can here some ####### from across the country. The replies have been mostly that I need to tune my antennas and such. When there is no skip I can talk and here a good 5 miles at least, so I don't think the problem is with my radio.
