Did they rip you off and keep your pay like the OP says the company did to him? If he is in Texas, and the company is in Texas, Texas is one of the easiest places to get your money you are owed. It's as simple as filing a wage claim with the Texas Workforce Commission. The first time I did this, they actually determined the company in question owed me more money than even I thought they did. I of course ended up settling for what I figured they owed, which was several hundred dollars less. I didn't feel "right" taking money I didn't understand how the TWC came to the company owing me, when I couldn't reconcile the same. I know, I am too forgiving.
Kind transport these people will have you drive and fire you for no reason and take all your checks
